Busy week

I have been busy since I back from Perhentian Island Challenge. A lot of things waiting for me to complete and also my grandma admitted into hospital. Now she is fine and will be discharged tomorrow..

2 weeks already gone in September and i have not start my study yet..this is normal..i wont start my study until there is only a month left before exam.. but i have promised to myself that i will start my study earlier..hope soon lah[crap-.-''']

...haha..but i really hope can pass my exam as soon as possible..so can faster get into the working world..earn some money and help family..

Meanwhile..

Here's some breaking news: Don go near the seaside as mr.tsunami might pay a visit cos just now there was a major earthquake happened donno-where at Indonesia. This is serious!

okayzz...i hope i will post frequently...if i have time..hehe

hi, i m back!

I know i've been tagged by phing. It's a bit late to post the blogday thing..sorry, phing.
I'm kind of lazy and busy lately. I went to Perhentian Island for 5 days. After came home , sick for couple of days..so just lazy to do anything. Just want to have rest, now i already fine.

I noticed that yt wants to know on how to make cheesecake. yt, promise u. i will get it done asap...hehe

it's a sad story i didnt bring my camera with me to Perhentian, sob! I miss out a lot of things. For me, Perhentian is better than Redang Island. Also, I stayed in a part where people seldom go. so at there, u can see some corals and loads of sea cucumbers in just ankle-deep water!! ahaha...it's a bit scary when i try to grab it(sea cucumbers not the corals) but after hold it for a while..i find that very funny to play with.

as i mentioned earlier that i will be going to Perhentian for the challenge thing, it was so much fun! me and ah beng lost in the jungle..ran around the island..walked not swim in the water..it's very tired...but pretty exciting.

I think of going next year again..provided the government over there subsidised the fees lah!..hehe
actually i only spent 250rm in total for the whole trip, consider cheap cos if go alone i think i will be spending more than 400rm. for those challenge-'junkie', u must go at least once so u wont be regretted for life...wakaka...kidding..

one of my favourite - tomyam

I'm a big tomyam fan. Anything with tomyam like tomyam mee, fried tomyam bihun, tomyam soup... i will like it!

Since I like pasta as well, i tried it with tomyam and it came out well! It's worth to try any food u like and mix them together. Pasta with tomyam ..haha fusion between italian and thai. hmm not bad..

I think the key thing is just make sure that the tomyam sauce is thick (just add a couple tablespoons of water) enough to cover and coat all the pasta. if the sauce is too watery, ya pasta might become tasteless.

It's fairly easy to make this, just heat up some onions and a clove of chopped garlic in a pan then add tomyam paste(taste it until u get the heat or the flavour u like) remember to put some salt(to taste) and sugar(sugar will reduce the heat of the tomyam).
After u r okay with the sauce, pour in the cooked pasta and toss it with some fried ikan bilis, fresh chilies, parsley or even coriander!

It just take not more than 15 minutes to prepare it.

Changing my blog

From now on, I will do more posts about my foods. Yeah, don be surprised! I know how to cook, but the taste i cant assure la. haha..sometimes no taste or worse. ahaha. i am still learning and improving.

My cooking was inspired by Jamie Oliver hehe my all time favourite! I like his series.really!

I also like to copy from published recipes and make some my own amendments.

Actually i like cooking very much. I just like to make cooking as my hobby and I don really want to make it as a serious business.

For anyone who has tried my food be4..do give some comment , so i can show my stuff without any doubt. haha.. ..
